The city has been divided into four quadrants, with each being allowed to water one day per week:
• The Northwest quadrant (area NORTH of Walker Street and area WEST of Breckenridge Avenue) will be allowed to water on Thursdays.
• The Southwest quadrant (area SOUTH of Walker street and area WEST of Breckenridge Avenue) will be allowed to water on Fridays.
• The Northeast quadrant (area NORTH of Walker Street and area EAST of Breckenridge Avenue) will be allowed to water on Mondays.
• The Southeast quadrant (area SOUTH of Walker Street and area EAST of Breckenridge Avenue) will be allowed to water on Tuesdays.
The first offense will cost $75. A second offense will result in a $100 fine, while a third offense will cost $200.
A fourth and final offense could result in a $200 fine and discontinuance of water service.
