Shirley Coleman, age 71 of Breckenridge, passed away, Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Villa Haven Health and Rehabilitation Center.  Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, July 13th at The Church of Breckenridge with Rev. Mike Spencer and Mark Wilcox officiating.  Interment will follow in the Breckenridge Cemetery under the direction of Morehart Mortuary.  Visitation will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Friday, July 12th at Morehart Mortuary.
Shirley Ruth Waller was born January 3, 1942 in Troop, Texas to parents, William Dennis Waller and Rosa Mae Lyles Waller.  Shirley married Bruce Coleman, Jr. on January 5, 1957 in Monahans, Texas.  They made their home in Clute, Texas where Shirley worked for FEMA before moving to Plano in 1984.  She worked as a dietician for the Plano School District until moving to Breckenridge in 1998.  Shirley enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, fishing, traveling, and she loved her pets dearly.  She was a member of the Church of Breckenridge.  Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bruce Coleman, Jr.; one son, Lloyd Wayne Coleman; and three brothers, Travis Waller, Dewayne Waller, and Troy Waller.
Shirley is survived by one daughter, Cindy Spencer and husband Rocky of Breckenridge; one son, Randy Coleman of Breckenridge; two grandchildren, Christal Huffman and husband Zackie of Breckenridge, Cameron Cash Coleman of Frisco; one great-granddaughter, Jayden Huffman of Breckenridge; one daughter-in-law, Joanna Kay Coleman of Frisco; and close friend, Kay Williamson of Breckenridge.
