CPT Rorebeck is originally from Breckenridge, where she enlisted in the Army 14 years ago. She not only wanted to challenge herself, but she also wanted to gain and utilize the educational benefits the Army has to offer.
After seven years as an enlisted Soldier, CPT Rorebeck completed her degree and attended Officer Candidate School (OCS) prior to commissioning as an Officer in the United States Army.
CPT Rorebeck has been stationed at Fort Carson, Colo. and Fort Stewart, Ga.
During her time, she has deployed a total of four times, two times to Iraq and currently serving on her second to Afghanistan.
In the next five years, she plans to finish her time in Command and begin working towards her Master's degree.
CPT Rorebeck is married to her husband, CPT Matt Rorebeck, 3-7 IN Operations Officer. Together, they have five children— Rilaya, Madyson, Hayden, Kyler and Allyson— and a very supportive extended family.
On her free time, CPT Rorebeck loves to spend time with her family and get lost in a good book.
Her mom, Connie Chaney, moved from Texas to Georgia to take care of the children while she and the other CPT Rorebeck are away.
