Cases Pled during December 2013 and January 2014:

• Timothy Wayne Rosson, 32, Breckenridge, Pled guilty to the offense of Engage in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to 30 years confinement in Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID) and to pay $2,000 fine and court costs;
Pled guilty to the offense of Delivery of Controlled Substance 1 Gram or More but Less Than 4 Grams – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 20 years confinement in TDCJ-ID and to pay court costs.

• Christopher Lynn Vuicich, 39, Breckenridge, After a contested hearing to revoke the defendants community supervision, for the offense of Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family/Household Member with Previous Conviction, the defendant was sentenced by the Court to 10 years confinement in TDCJ-ID and to run consecutively with his Parole Revocation sentence, paying remaining fine and court costs.

• Shelby Lynn Veach, 21, Breckenridge, Pled guilty to the offense of Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 20 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division (TDCJ-SJ), and to pay court costs;
• Shelby Lynn Veach, Pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than 1 Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 20 months confinement in TDCJ-SJ, and to pay court costs, and restitution.

• Mark Anthony Diaz, 41, Breckenridge, Pled guilty to the offense of Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Member – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to 243 days confinement in Stephens County Jail, and to pay court costs;
• Mark Anthony Diaz, Pled guilty to the offense of Injury to Child with Intentional Bodily Injury, and was sentenced to 10 years confinement in TDCJ-ID, suspended in lieu of 5 years community supervision and to pay $500 fine and court costs.

• Melisa Katherine Gill, 48, Woodson, Pled true to the allegations in the State's Motion to Revoke for the offense of Credit Card Abuse and was sentenced to 6 months confinement in the Stephens County Jail, and to pay remaining fine and court costs.

• Kenneth Dane Alford, 23, Breckenridge, Pled guilty to the offense of Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle and was sentenced to 5 years community supervision, and to pay court costs;
• Kenneth Dane Alford, Pled guilty to the offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to 5 years community supervision, and to pay $1,000 fine and court costs.

• Raymond Austin Benton, Jr., 19, Breckenridge, Pled guilty to the offense of Burglary of Building, and was sentenced to 2 years confinement in TDCJ-SJ, suspended in lieu of 5 years community supervision, and to pay $500 fine and court costs;
• Raymond Austin Benton, Jr., Pled guilty to the offense of Burglary of Habitation, and was sentenced to 5 years community supervision and to pay $1,000 fine and court costs.

• Christine Sarina Davis, 31, Eliasville, Pled guilty to the offense of Forgery of Financial Instrument, and was sentenced to 2 years confinement in TDCJ-SJ, suspended 5 years community supervision and to pay $1,000 fine, court costs, and restitution.

• Kaitlyn Elizabeth Hinson, 19, Breckenridge, Pled guilty to the offense of Injury to Elderly Individual with Intentional Bodily Injury, and was sentenced to 5 years community supervision and to pay $1,000 fine and court costs.

• Ruth Ann Mendez, 40, Breckenridge, Pled true to the allegations in the State's Motion to Adjudicate for the offense of Secure Execution of Document by Deception and was sentenced to 2 years confinement in TDCJ-SJ, suspended in lieu of 5 years community supervision and to pay remaining court costs and restitution.

• David Fredrick Scott, 39, Breckenridge, Pled true to the allegations in the State's Motion to Adjudicate for the offense of Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility and was sentenced to 10 years confinement in TDCJ-ID, suspended in lieu of 5 years community supervision and to pay remaining fine, court costs, and restitution.

• Cathi Nicole Valdez, 23, Breckenridge, Pled true to the allegations in the State's Motion to Adjudicate for the offense of Assault Against a Public Servant and was sentenced to 10 years confinement in TDCJ-ID, suspended in lieu of 5 years community supervision and to pay remaining fine and court costs.

• Steven Shay Wild, 24, Breckenridge, Pled guilty to the offense of Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle and was sentenced to 5 years community supervision and to pay $1,500 fine and court costs.

• Marcos Martin Arriola, 33, Breckenridge, Pled guilty to the offense of Forgery Financial Instrument by Passing and was sentenced to 4 years community supervision and to pay $200 fine, court costs, and restitution.

• Micheal Heath Duncan, 30, Breckenridge, Pled true to the allegations in the State's Motion to Adjudicate for the offense of Theft $1,500 or More but Less Than $20,000 and was sentenced to 2 years confinement in TDCJ-SJ, suspended in lieu of 4 years community supervision and to pay remaining fine, court costs, and restitution.

• Larry Dewayne Luttrull, 46, Breckenridge, Pled guilty to the offense of Assault Causes Bodily Injury to Family Member – Lesser Included Offense and was sentenced to 1 year confinement in Stephens County Jail, suspended in lieu of 1 year community supervision and to pay court costs.
