HAMLIN - Scotty Ray Turner, 70, of Breckenridge, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2014, in Wills Point. Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 27, 2014, at the Adams-Foster-Ray Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following at the Newman Cemetery.
Born March 29, 1944, Scotty was the son of John Merrill and Mary Elizabeth (Scott) Turner. Scotty was an avid fisherman, who lived on the lake and fished every day the wind wasn't blowing.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John Merrill and Mary Elizabeth (Scott) Turner); and by his brother-in-law, Ray Jesko.
Scotty is survived by his sister, Dixie Jesko; two nieces, Jana Eshleman and husband Jimmy, and Jill Radasch and husband Bob; one great-nephew, Jared Eshleman and wife Erin; three great nieces, Janea Pridmore and husband Josh, Madison Radasch, and Jordan Radasch; and one great-great-niece, Brinlee Eshleman.
