A strong defense and an ever improving offense helped power the Breckenridge Lady Bucks past the Snyder Lady Tigers Tuesday evening at the Breckenridge Athletic and Fine Arts Building.
The Lady Bucks' defense held Snyder  to an average of 15 points per game to help defeat Sndyer, 25-16, 25-10, 25-19.
The improvement made from last weekend's tournament in Abilene to Tuesday was something Head Coach Victoria Dudgeon was pleased with.
“We improved on a number of things from this weekend,” said Dudgeon. “It was something we needed to do and I am proud of the girls for that.”

Breckenridge Lady Bucks junior Carri Yarbrough tips the ball past two Snyder Lady Tiger defenders during Tuesday s match at the Breckenridge ISD Athletic and Fine Arts Building. The Lady Bucks won the match in three games and competed in the Glen Rose Tournament this weekend. The team will travel to Graham on Tuesday to take on Graham and Sweetwater in a dual.
