Despite a strong showing in game two against Sndyer Tuesday evening, the Lady Bucks JV Green team lost in a 17-25, 29-30 decision.
Coach Jeana Yarbrough pointed out that a struggling offense in game one played a key role in the teams' loss.
“We struggled to get any offense going in game one,” said Yarbrough. “In game two, we started to make some things happen, but could not string together two points in a row to pull off the comeback to take us to game three. We will continue to work on our weaknesses and get back on the right track.”
Eline Bandy recorded two aces and one assist, while Heather Weatherford had one ace and three digs.
Arin Knight and Karina Cruz each had one ace.
