After clinching the District 7-2A championship just four days prior, the Lady Buckaroos completed their undefeated run in district play Tuesday night by defeating Eastland in three straight sets 25-14, 25-6, 25-12.
“I was proud of the girls for staying focused and taking care of business,” said head coach Victoria Dudgeon. “We wanted to make sure we went undefeated in district and the girls went out and proved that we deserve to be there.”
Offensively, the Lady Bucks had 12 aces, 34 kills and 21 assists, while defensively the team had 35 digs.
