With the win, the Lady Bucks remain in third place in District 7-2A behind Clyde and Cisco with a record of 8-4.
“I am so proud of how the girls have responded after the disappointing loss to Eastland with two big wins over Comanche and Clyde,” said head coach Ky Graham. “I thought we played really good team basketball as indicated by the 18 assists that we had against Clyde.”
Points were at a premium at the start of the game as the Lady Bucks scored just four points while holding Clyde to just one point.
With the Lady Bucks leading 10-5, Clyde cut the lead to 10-8 at the 4:10 mark of the second quarter. But Breckenridge would respond with an 8-1 run to close out the half and lead 18-9.
