Trying to win on the road can always be a tricky task, but the Breckenridge Buckaroos picked up a good road win Friday night as they defeated the Dublin Lions 51-38.
Buckaroo head coach Rob Ogle knew it would be tough, but was proud of the way the team was able to rally in the second half to get the win.
“It was a good road win for us,” said Ogle. “They (Dublin) are a hot shooting team at home.”
“We went into halftime with a three point lead and made some good adjustments at halftime to our defense that helped us in the second half,” said Ogle. “I felt like we did a much better job shooting the ball in the second half.
