Buckaroo head coach Rob Ogle knew it would be tough, but was proud of the way the team was able to rally in the second half to get the win.
“It was a good road win for us,” said Ogle. “They (Dublin) are a hot shooting team at home.”
“We went into halftime with a three point lead and made some good adjustments at halftime to our defense that helped us in the second half,” said Ogle. “I felt like we did a much better job shooting the ball in the second half.
Breckenridge led for most of the first quarter until Dublin took the lead at the 1:40 mark with a three pointer to lead 10-8.
The Lions opened the second quarter with a 6-0 run and led 16-8 just three minutes into the quarter.
The Bucks were able to come back and lead 19-18 with under a minute to play in the first half and led 21-18 at halftime.
