Stephens County makes all businesses essential, opens to 100% occupancy

Stephens County commissioners passed a resolution reopening business to 100% occupancy and making all businesses essential, joining Eastland County as the second Texas county to do so.

The commissioners were joined by a host of citizens and Rep. Mike Lang, Republican state representative for District 60 during the Monday, June 8 county commissioners meeting. The outgoing representative provided insight and a rebuttal on Gov. Abbott’s executive orders.
