BPD Arrests Monday, Sept. 10 was arrested

Monday, Sept. 10

• Steven Christian Pearcy, 22, turned himself in to Officer Kirby Brown on two warrants for theft of property.

• Devon Ray Lynch, 23 was arrested by Officer Jarrett Elting on a warrant for forgery of a financial instrument of the elderly greater than or equal to $2,500 but less than $30,000 and a motion to adjudicate.

Tuesday, Sept. 11

• Johnny Roger Conner, 76, was arrested by Officer Shane Ivanoski on an outstanding felony warrant.

Thursday, Sept. 13

• Victoria Hart Ensey, 47, was arrested by Officer Jarrett Elting on a motion to revoke probation warrant.

Saturday, Sept. 15

• Stanley Dale Madison Jr., 22, was arrested by Officer Justin Rose on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one of less than one gram. Bond is set at $5,000.

Sunday, Sept. 16

• Trevor Adam Hurdsman, 23, was arrested by Officers John Green and Justin Rose on site for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of controlled substance penalty group one one of less than or equal to one gram but less than four grams. This was after finding a key to a stolen vehicle on his person, along with drugs.

• Ricky Lynne Taylor, 62, was arrested by Officer Kirby Brown for Criminal Trespass. The subject was booked into the Stephens County Jail without incident.

All persons mentioned in this arrest report have not been convicted of any crimes mentioned above. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
