The Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce had a ribbon cutting for Colour Junkie Beauty Salon on Feb 3. In the center is the owner, Lara Mendoza, who cutting the ribbon. The new business is located at 122 S. Court. Lara is married to Abner Mendoza and they have one boy and five girls from age 5 to 13. Contributed photo
