    A leadership team of Rotary Club of Breckenridge members was established to brainstorm ideas for the improvement of the club and future events within the community. The team consists of Karen Martin, Jonathan Newton, Becky Downing, and Sherry Strickland.

Incoming Rotary Club of Breckenridge President Yuri Huntington began her first official week of duty presiding over the club for the first time.

The event occurred at the regularly scheduled Rotary Club of Breckenridge meeting on Tuesday, July 7 at the L & L Country Cooking.

“We are looking to add at least seven new members,” Huntington said. “My vision is for a higher number of members. To increase our numbers, we should go digital as well. Facebook membership with a private group of members is something we can brainstorm on.”

The new president introduced new ideas to increase the membership of the group to further expand the Rotary Club of Breckenridge.

President Huntington introduced the leadership team of members who will assist in guiding the club for the upcoming year. The group will brainstorm ideas for the improvement of the club and future events within the community.

The team consists of Karen Martin, Jonathan Newton, Becky Downing, Sherry Strickland. Also, introduce were chairpersons of the club, Eric Brennan, Karen Martin, Bo Asher, Les Strickland, Debbie Karl.
