SC Secret Santa looking for help

The Stephens County Secret Santa is looking for citizens to aid in providing the youth of Stephens County with food during this holiday season.

The citizen who wishes to remain anonymous is looking to provide over 60 Breckenridge Independent School students with Christmas bags to help celebrate the holiday season.

While the gifts are being wrapped with care, the Secret Santa is looking for such items as stove top stuffing, fruits, vegetables, marshmallows, and cranberry sauce.

While these items are needed, citizens are encouraged to bring other gifts to donate to students during this holiday season.

Last year, more than 60 homeless students in the Breckenridge Independent School District received gifts under the Christmas tree.

For nearly ten years, the Stephens County secret Santa has provided BISD with brown bags full of presents for students to enjoy during the holiday season.

To assist in remaining anonymous, interested citizens can bring items to the Breckenridge American, located at 114 E. Elm Street.
