The Woman’s Forum of Breckenridge met for their first gathering of the calendar year on Tuesday, Sept. 22. The program for this first meeting was a Style Show hosted by the Bertie and Olif Shop in downtown Breckenridge.
The hostess chair was Teeny Pearce and the cochair was Ann Heckart. Members of the hostess committee included Sammy Blades, Beth Calvert, Betty Fields, Sharon Shaw and Marie Tennison, who also brought the door prize. The noon meal was catered by Canyon Road Barn and Grill.
The community project for the month of September was gathering school supplies for all the Breckenridge ISD schools. The October meeting
The October meeting is slated for Tuesday, Oct. 27 and will be presented by Deborah Moran, who will portray Benjamin Franklin.
The noon meeting will be held on Friday, Oct. 23.
