Woodson Booster Club holding shoe drive

I’ve got shoes! You’ve got shoes! Too many? Problem solved!

For a fundraiser and a service project the Woodson Booster Club is hosting a shoe drive. It’s simple enough. Just take your new or gently used shoes to Hometown Hardware in Woodson.

Shoes will be stored until the goal of 2,500 pairs is reached.

Shoes need to be paired, but do not require a box. A plastic bag or rubber bands may be used to secure pairs together and make handling the shoes easier.

The booster club is partnering with “Funds2orgs” to provide shoes to people in developing countries.
