The 79-year-old man involved in the Saturday, April 25 car wreck has been identified as Khay Khvan, of Breckenridge.
According to a press release by the Breckenridge Police Department, at approximately 9:49 a.m. on Saturday morning, BPD received a 9-1-1 call and a radio transmission from a fireman with the Breckenridge Fire Department.
