Cases pleaded in the 90th Judicial Court in August

51, of Abilene, pleaded guilty to the offense of Intoxication Assault with Vehicle – Serious Bodily Injury, and was sentenced to 8 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDCJ- ID), and ordered to pay a $5,000 fine and court costs.

Jesse Lee Lopez,

36, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, and was sentenced to 18 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division (TDCJ-SJ), and ordered to pay $1,000 fine and court costs; Lopez also pleaded guilty to the offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, and was sentenced to 18 months confinement in TDCJ-SJ, and ordered to pay $1,000 fine and court costs; Lopez also pleaded guilty to the offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, and was sentenced to 18 months confinement in TDCJ-SJ, and ordered to pay $1,000 fine and court costs.

Pedro Faustino Vargas, 24, of Breckenridge, pleaded true to the violations in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram - Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 12 months confinement in TDCJ-SJ, and ordered to pay remaining fine, restitution, and court costs; Vargas also pleaded true to the violations in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle, and was sentenced to 12 months confinement in TDCJ- SJ, and ordered to pay remaining court costs.

Ricardo Alberto Perez, 26, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Manslaughter, and was sentenced to 10 years community supervision, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, restitution, and court costs.

Kayla Guevara, 31, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Secure Execution of Document by Deception $2,500 or More But Less Than $30,000 and was sentenced to five years community supervision, and ordered to pay restitution and court costs.

Argemira Christina Jimenez, 27, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Delivery of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine in Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to five years community supervision, and ordered to pay $1,500 fine, restitution, and court costs.

Nick Fidel Lopez,

22, of Breckenridge, pleaded guilty to the offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse and sentenced to five years community supervision, and ordered to pay $250 fine, restitution, and court costs.
