BISD continues innovative use of programs to aid students

The Breckenridge Independent School District agreed to continue a partnership with the Communities in Schools of the Big Country to facilitate the success of students who may be experiencing the effects of at-risk environments.
The agreement was announced during the Monday, June 8 BISD board meeting and will provide high school students with a mentor to assist with mental health, grades, and attendance for economically disadvantaged students.
