BPD Arrests

Saturday, Sept. 1

• Thomas Guy Hudson, 36, was arrested by Officer Shane Ivanoski for warrant in Tom Green County for possession of controlled substance less than one gram.

• Seth David Dossey, 25, was arrested by Officer Justin Rose for warrant insufficient bond amount on original charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The bond was set at $30,000.

Sunday, Sept. 2

• Charles Wallace Abraham, Jr., 52, was arrested by Officer Justin Rose for possession of marijuana less than two ounces.

• Ruby Jean Erwin, 55, was arrested on site by Officer Justin Rose for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Monday, Sept. 3

• David Lee Taylor III, 39, was arrested by Officer Justin Rose for a warrant (motion to adjudicate) assault by intentionally or recklessly cutting off breath or circulation of a family member with a previous conviction. The bond was set at $10,000.

Tuesday, Sept. 4

• John Claude Garrett, 44, was arrested by Officer Jarrett Elting for DWI, third or more, with motion to revoke.

Monday September 10

• Steven Christian Pearcy, 22, turned himself into to Officer Kirby Brown for a Stephens County Warrant for theft of property.
