BPD Arrests

Monday, Sept. 17

George Wilburn Hagle, 56, was arrested by Officer Justin Rose for a Municipal Court Capias for a motor vehicle inspection violation with a fine of $136.50.

Wednesday, Sept.19

Trevor Adam Hurdsman, 23, was arrested by Officer Gabriel Scott for a State of Texas parole violation warrant.

Saturday, Sept. 22

Laston Wade Roberts, 18, was arrested upon view by Officer Kirby Brown for assault causing

bodily injury. The suspect was transported and to the Stephens County Jail without incident.

Sunday, Sept. 23

David Lee Taylor III, 40, was arrested by Officer Shane Ivanoski. Lee came in to the law enforcement center to sign a criminal trespass affidavit, and was arrested due to an outstanding warrant.

Tuesday, Sept. 25

John Robert Breeden Nichols, 28, was arrested by Officer John Green on a warrant for insufficient bond for possession of a controlled substance.

Wednesday, Sept. 26

Taylor Ann Cates, 25, was arrested by Officer Shane Ivanoski on two outstanding warrants for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information.

Rickey Dale Camp, 48, was arrested by Officer Shane Ivanoski for two outstanding warrants out of Burleson, Texas.

Donald Lynn Barefield, 70, was arrested by Officer Shane Ivanoski for an outstanding warrant.

Saturday, Sept. 29

Rea Faye Cates, 32, was arrested by Officer Kirby Brown on a municipal warrant for expired registration. This carries a fine of $247.00. The suspect was also charged for possession of marijuana

less than two ounces. The suspect was transported to the Stephens County Jail without incident.
