BPD Arrests

Monday, October 15

• Auston Zade Roberts, 18, was arrested by Officer John Butler on a Stephens county warrant for burglary of a habitation.

Thursday, October 18

• Gary Lee Jones, 30, was arrested by Officer Diane Davis on a warrant from Weatherford, Texas on the charges of promotion of child pornography, a second degree felony. Bond is set at $35,000. The suspect is currently in the Stephens County Jail.

Saturday, October 20

• Jonathan Barrera, 34, was arrested by Officer John Green, on an insufficient bond order for the original charges of assault causing bodily injury, and theft of property greater than $20 but less than $500 by check.

• Paula Gail Hight, 43, was arrested by Officer Kirby Brown for motion to adjudicate on the charges of two counts of delivery of a controlled substance of more than one gram but less than four. Bond is set at $10,000. She was also charged for engaging in organized criminal activity. Bond is set at $15,000. Along with a Palo Pinto County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. There was no bond set on this charge. She was also fined for expired registration, fine of $240.50. She was booked into the Stephens county jail without incident.

Sunday, October 21

• Tony Dean Wade, 40, was arrested by Officer John Butler and Officer Justin Rose for a Stephens County warrant for burglary of a building, and possession of a controlled substance.
