BPD Arrests

Monday, Jan. 7

• Joshua Paul Armstrong, 33, was arrested by Officer John Butler for public intoxication.

Tuesday, Jan. 8

• James Daniel Vickers, 44, was arrested by Officer Kirby Brown on a Stephens County warrant for injury to a child/elderly/disabled criminal negligence. His bond was set at $25,000. The suspect was transported to Stephens County jail and booked without incident.

• Donald Glen Martin, Jr., 27, was arrested by Officer Jarrett Elting for two separate chargers. The first was due to a violation of a protective order. The second was on a charge of prohibited weapon, which specifically dealt with knuckles.

Thursday, Jan. 10

• Zachariah Zane Browning, 24, was arrested by Officer Brian McBride on a Stephens County warrant for assault causing bodily harm including family violence, which is classified as misdemeanor A. He was taken and booked into Stephens County jail without incident.
