BPD Arrests

All persons mentioned in this report are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Jan. 21, 2019

• Eithan Max Collins, 18, was arrested on a Stephens County warrant for theft of more than $2,500 but less than $30,000, which is a state jail felony.

Jan. 24, 2019

• Ricky Lynne Taylor, 62, was arrested on view for criminal trespass.

• David Michael Diaz, 31, was arrested on a local warrant for expired registration.

• David Farrell Williams, 62, was arrested and transported to Stephens County Jail without incident for a theft warrant.

Jan. 25, 2019

• Zachary Corbett Smith, 31, was arrested on a Stephens County warrant for terroristic threat causing fear of imminent SBI. No bond was set and the suspect was transported to jail and booked without incident.

Jan. 26, 2019

• Seth David Dossey, 26, was arrested on a Stephens County warrant for driving while license was invalid with previous convictions without financial responsibility. No bond was set and the suspect was transported to Stephens County Jail and booked without incident.

Jan. 27, 2019

• Camden Cawlyer Parks, 26, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and for possession of marijuana less than two ounces. The suspect was transported to Stephens County Jail and booked without incident.
