BPD Arrests

Jan. 29

• A 30-year-old man was arrested on two municipal court warrants. One for open container, with a fine of $539.63. The other, driving while license was suspended under provisions of drivers license law. The fine was $403.

Feb. 2

• An 18-year-old man was arrested for possession of marijuana under two ounces.

Feb. 3

• A 38-year-old man was arrested on a municipal warrant of theft less than or equal to $100, as well as evading arrest or detention.

Feb. 4

• A 20-year-old woman was arrested on sight for possession of marijuana, less than two ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia and delivery of a controlled substance penalty grade 1 of less than or equal to four grams but less than 200.
