BPD Arrests

• Pedro Faustino Vargas, 20, was arrested on site by Officer Justin Rose for possession of marijuana less than two ounces.

Sunday, Oct. 28

• Matthew Dean Vega, 35, was arrested by Officer Scott Gabriel for a motion to revoke probation on

the original charge of theft of property of more than $100 but less than $750 out of Stephens County, along with an Eastland County warrant for theft of more than $100 but less than $750.
