BPD Arrests

Tuesday, Oct. 30

• Donald Lynn Barefield, 70, was arrested on site by Officer Justin Rose for assault causing bodily injury, family violence

• Julio Cesar Miranda, 27, was arrested by Officer Justin Rose for a parole violation warrant.

He is not bond eligible.

Saturday, Nov. 3

• Andres Perales, Jr., 52, was arrested by Officer John Butler for a Stephens County Warrant on credit/debit card abuse.

All persons listed in the arrest report are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
