BPD Arrests

Monday, Nov. 5

• James Coty Robertson, 39, was arrested on by Officer Kirby Brown for possession of controlled substance less than/equal to 1 gram. The suspect was transported to the Stephens County Jail without incident.

Wednesday, Nov. 7

• David Emery Hoffine, 33, was arrested by Officer Justin Rose on a motion to revoke on original charges of driving while license was invalid with previous convictions. The bond is set at $3,500.

Friday, Nov. 9

• Skyler lee Eades, 27, was arrested on site by Officer Justin Rose and John Butler for possession of a controlled substance less than/equal to 4 grams but less than 200 grams, along with warrants for criminal trespass and possession of marijuana release of surety, with additional charge of possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

• Cheyenna Raye Wimerley, 27, was arrested by Officer John Butler for terroristic threatening release of surety.
