BPD Arrests

Monday, Nov. 12

• James Earl Jones, Jr., 43, was arrested by Officer Scott Gabriel on a warrant for motion to revoke probation on an original charge of theft of property greater than/ equal to $20 but less than $500 by check. Bond set at $2,500.

• Chandler Carl David Byrd, 19, was arrested by Officer Kirby Brown on a municipal warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. The fine assessed was $530.40. The suspect was transported to the Stephens County Jail and booked in without incident.

Wednesday, Nov. 14

• Marisol Leticia Jaramillo, 21, was arrested by Officer Kirby Brown on an outstanding warrant for expired registration with a fine of $286. The suspect was transported to the Stephens County Jail without incident.

Friday, Nov. 16

• Issiac Randall Moreno, 25, was arrested by Officer Brian McBride for possession of marijuana and unlawful carrying of a weapon. The suspect was transported to the Stephens County Jail without incident.

All suspects mentioned in this report are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
