BPD Arrests

Monday, Dec. 10

• Daniel Perfecto Castillo, 21, was arrested by Officer Jarrett Elting on a motion to revoke on original charge of possession of marijuana less than two ounces.

• Yasmine Monique Johnson, 18, was arrested by Officer Jarrett Elting for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Tuesday, Dec.11

• Ricky Lynne Taylor, 62, was arrested by Officer Bacel Cantrell on site for criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance with a penalty grade of one less than four grams and prohibited substance in correction facility.

Thursday, Dec. 13

• Ricky Lynne Taylor, 62, was arrested on site by Officer Gabriel Scott for public intoxication.

Friday, Dec. 14

• Eithan Max Collins, 18, was arrested by Officer Bacel Cantrell for evading arrest.

• Paxton Lee Sullivan, 28 was arrested by Officer Bacel Cantrell for a capital murder charge. His bail is set in the amount of $2 million.

• Hector Puebla, 57, was arrested by Office Justin Rose on site for one charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty grade one with less than one gram and a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty grade one with greater than or equal to one gram but less than four.

Saturday, Dec. 15

• Inge Ursula Price, 57, was arrested by Officer John Green on site for public intoxication.

• Blake Levi Swan, 22, was arrested by Officer Brian McBride on Stephens County warrants for running a stop sign, speeding 10 percent or over, and two warrants for no driver license. He was booked into the Stephens County Jail without incident.

• Janet Lou Butler, 59, was arrested by Officer Brian McBride on site for public intoxication.

Sunday, Dec. 16

Martin Arriola, 58, was arrested by Officer Brian McBride for a warrant for expired registration. The subject was stopped for an expired registration. He was found to have multiple warrants upon his arrest. He was transported to the Stephens County Jail without incident.

All persons mentioned in this arrest report are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
