BPD Arrests Tuesday Oct 2 motion

Tuesday, Oct. 2

• Abby Kay Villa, 28, was arrested on site by Officer Justin Rose for theft of more than $100 but less than $750.

Thursday, Oct. 4

• Dylan Douglas Brown,18, was arrested by Officer John Green for warrants out of Hamilton County, including driving while intoxicated, deadly conduct and false statement to officer.

• Destiny Dawn Green, 34, was arrested by Officer John Butler for a Capias warrant from Palo Pinto county, on the original charge of forgery by financial instrument with a motion to adjudicate.

Friday, Oct. 5

• Matthew Wade Johnson, 29, was arrested by Officer Jarrett Elting on fugitive from justice warrants out of Jefferson, Colorado for dangerous drugs, and probation violation on previous DUI. Bond is set at $5,000.

Saturday, Oct. 6

• Jake William Noggle, 37, was arrested by Officer Shane Ivanoski for an MTA on a Stephens County warrant for possession of marijuana. Subject was transported to jail without incident.

Tuesday, Oct. 9

• Amanda Mae Evens, 39, was arrested by Officer John Green on two warrants related to credit or debit card abuse.

Friday, Oct. 12

• Jesse Guerrero, Jr., 29, was arrested by Officer Justin Rose on a warrant for aggravated assault family violence. The bond amount was set at $25,000.

• Ariel Arreola Jr., 35, was arrested by Officer Brian McBride on an warrant for insufficient bond amount on the original charge of aggravated assault w/ a deadly weapon. No bond was set.
