Cases Pled in the 90th Judicial Court for the Month of August:

Stanley Dale Madison, Jr., (24 years of age): Breckenridge, TX, Pled true to the allegations in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to eighteen (18) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division (TDCJ-SJ), and to pay remaining fine, restitution, and court costs.

Joseph Richard Lindley, (42 years of age): Breckenridge, TX, Pled true to the allegations in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Theft of Material – Copper, Less Than $20,000 and was sentenced to twelve (12) months confinement in TDCJ-SJ, to pay remaining fine, restitution, and court costs.

Jorge Alonso Martinez, (49 years of age): Breckenridge, TX, Pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to three (3) years community supervision, and to pay $400 fine, restitution, and court costs.

Nicole Michelle Fedor, (36 years of age): Breckenridge, TX, Pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to twelve (12) months confinement in the Stephens County Jail, and to pay $500 fine, restitution, and court costs.

Jonathan Barrera, (36 years of age): Breckenridge, TX, Pled guilty to the offense of Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Member – Lesser Included Offense and was sentenced to 300 Days confinement in the Stephens County Jail, and to pay $500 fine, restitution, and court costs.

Clarence Zachary Elkins, (38 years of age): Breckenridge, TX, Pled guilty to the offense of Fraud Use/Possession of Identifying Information – Less Than Five Items and was sentenced to five (5) years community supervision, and to pay $500 fine and court costs.
