Sullivan arraignment delayed at request of defense

An arraignment for Paxton Sullivan, which was scheduled for Thursday, March 14, has been delayed at the request of the defense. At this time, there has been no rescheduled date.

Sullivan was indicted by a Stephens County Grand Jury in February on one count of capital murder. He is a suspect in the murder case of Terry and Mitchel Sullivan and currently is housed in the Stephens County jail on a $2 million bond.
