TEA sets new release date for STAAR test results

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) announced last week a change in the release date STAAR test results.

May test results for grades third through eighth were initially planned to be released last Friday, June 24 in the online family and analytic portal.

“The release date for STAAR grades 3-8 student results has been revised to accommodate additional analyses on the data,” TEA’s website states. “The results are now tentatively scheduled to be available in the family and analytic portals by next Friday, July 1, 2022.”

STAAR results for Spring 2022 end-of-course (EOC) assessments were released Friday, June 16. The results include assessments in Algebra I, English I, English II, Biology, and U.S. History.
