Texas gas prices have risen 0.5 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $1.85/g today, according to Gas- Buddy’s daily survey of 13,114 stations. Gas prices in Texas are 5.4 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 36.6 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.

Breckenridge feels only a minor bump in economic COVID woes
Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar announced he will send cities, counties, transit systems and special purpose taxing districts $790.3 million in local sales tax allocations for December, 3.7 percent less than in December 2019. These allocations are based on sales made in October by businesses that report tax monthly.
TEA pauses A-F Rating; STAAR testing will proceed
