Last week, not much was heard about the 79th anniversary of Pearl Harbor… “a day that will live in infamy.” The day was clouded by viruses, vaccines, elections… honor will only live in infamy, should we decide to remember. I will remember. I choose to honor the men and women who have served our country and the world. I am thankful to live in a country bought for me by the lives of these men and women. I will not take their lives for granted, not on December 7, or on any other day. Thank you, veterans.

Texas gas prices have risen 0.5 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $1.85/g today, according to Gas- Buddy’s daily survey of 13,114 stations. Gas prices in Texas are 5.4 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 36.6 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
