The deadline for suit fittings for 2023 Breckenridge ISD Coronation is Monday, Jan. 16. Any boys planning on walking in coronation need to contact Deedra Boaz as soon as possible in order to ensure enough time to tailor their suit.

Gas prices increase slightly, still lower than last year’s

Average gasoline prices in Texas have risen 0.6 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.83/g today, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 13,114 stations in Texas. Prices in Texas are 14.6 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 3.4 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has fallen 2.1 cents in the last week and stands at $4.64 per gallon.

The Breckenridge FFA Booster Club is selling raffle tickets for the opportunity to win a 42inch Cub Cadet Zero Turn Mower and 6-foot by 10-foot utility trailer, built by Breckenridge FFA students, as well as a Stihl brand weed eater and blower.
