Taylynn Carrol Cumpton, 2, passed away Monday, May 8, 2017, in Fort Worth. Services were 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 15, at Bethel Assembly Church, with Cody Cochran and Charles Kuhn officiating. Burial followed in Bethel Cemetery, directed by Adams-Graham Funeral Home.
Born Oct. 23, 2014 in Abilene, Taylynn was the daughter of Marleigh Patterson and Drew Cumpton.
“Taylynn brightened every day the moment she opened her eyes. She was a beautiful precious ball of energy. Our lives will be forever enriched by her. We love her to the moon and back for infinity. Our precious Taylynn now walks hand in hand with Jesus through Heaven’s playground.”
Survivors include her mother, Marleigh Patterson; maternal grandparents, Tiana McFarland; maternal great-grandparents, Larry and Kerrie Gober, John and Jan Hagler and George and Theresa Patterson; maternal great-great-grandparents, Tommy and Sharon Wimberly and Pak and Jimmy Bryant; her father, Drew Cumpton; a sister, Paisley Cumpton; paternal grandparents, Julie and Christopher Cumpton; paternal great-grandmother, Vickie Cumpton; paternal great great-grandparents, Fred and Betty Stewart; God-parents, Summer Crawford and Sherrie and Chevy Stinnett; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, May 14, at Adams-Graham Funeral Home.
