Bobby Floyd Martin passed away Saturday May 30, 2020 in Breckenridge, TX.

He was born on Nov. 14, 1963 to Jimmy Harold Martin and Zoella Faye (Rodebush) Martin. He grew up in Oklahoma and later moved back to Breckenridge in the 1980s. He married Lecia Whiteley on May 12, 2018, at Lady Bird lookout in Breckenridge.

Martin worked at the Ridge Motel as the maintenance man for the past six years. He enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and helping out with people with different projects, but most of all he will be remembered for making people smile, with his witty sense of humor. Never a dull moment when he was around.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents and two older brothers, Jimmy and Phillip Martin. Also, a step son, Michael Taylor. He is survived by his wife Lecia Martin, son Curtis and wife Leah and grandson Trevor of California. Additionally, a step-son, Matthew and his wife Margie and their son, Micah Taylor, of Fort Worth; brother, Rusty Martin and wife Christine of Granbury; sister, Robin and her husband, Joe Bohnstedt of Hennessey, OK. and sister Kim and her husband Keith Gregg of Breckenridge and many nieces and nephews.

Bobby Martin was cremated, but the family plans a memorial service at a later date.
