Leonard Clinton Boggs, Jr., age 55, of Breckenridge, passed away Tuesday, May 31. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 2, at The Lighthouse Church with Michael Roach and Bishop W.C. Roach officiating. Interment will follow in the Breckenridge Cemetery under the direction of Morehart Mortuary. Visitation will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 1 at Morehart Mortuary.  

Leonard Clinton Boggs, Jr. was born Dec. 10, 1966 in Breckenridge, to parents Leonard Clinton Boggs, Sr. and Daphna Faye Williams. He attended schools in Breckenridge and graduated from The Lighthouse Christian Academy. Clint loved spending time with his family and friends and was known to his friends as “Wildman”. He enjoyed hunting fishing, playing golf and collecting arrowheads. Most of all, Clint loved his kids and grandkids, they were the light of his life. He was preceded in death by his fathers, Leonard Clinton Boggs, Sr. and Strickland (Jerry) Vincent; and one sister, Donna Speer.

Clint is survived by his mother, Daphna Vincent; his former wife, Tonya Boggs; two children, Leigha Riddle and husband Cody, Jeremy Crane and wife Tiffany; eleven siblings, Leshia Brewster and husband Mark, Renee Funderburg and husband Robert, LouAnn Karl and husband Cody, Cori Roach and husband Michael, Stricia Nelson and husband Mark, Michael Vincent, Jimmy Boggs, Mundy Wooten and husband Bryan, Misty Lopez and husband Israel, Jerrine Vincent, Danny Vincent and wife Lisa; eight grandchildren, Mackenzie Riddle and Vincent Guerra, Landon Riddle, Luke Riddle, Emily Morin, Alyssa Riddle, J.W. Linden, Kali Linden, Alan Linden; one great grandchild, Benjamin Guerra; and numerous nieces and nephews.
