Raymond Baladez, Jr., 30, of Breckenridge, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020.

A private family only graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 16 at Breckenridge Cemetery, with Steve Spoon officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Morehart Mortuary. Visitation for family only will be from 7-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 15 at Morehart Mortuary. Friends of the Baladez family or general public are welcome to come by and pay their respects anytime from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Raymond Santos Baladez, Jr. was born August 22, 1989, in Abilene, to his parents, Raymond Munoz Baladez, Sr. and Juanita Santos. He went to school in Breckenridge and graduated from Breckenridge High School in 2008. Raymond worked for Resist All Electric and always took pride in his work. Raymond enjoyed BBQing, playing softball, dancing, joking around with his family and always had a smile on his face. He loved watching the Dallas Cowboys on tv but his pride and joy was his daughter and princess, Natalie.

He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond M. Baladez, Sr.; grandparents, Felix & Juanita Santos and Domingo & Juanita Baladez.

Raymond is survived by his mother, Juanita Irene Santos; daughter, Natalie Ann Baladez; two sisters, Renee Ponce, Candace Echo Alford; brothers-in-law, Dane Alford and Rjay Guerra; fiancé, Janna Jacques; niece, Gabby Johnson; nephews, Andrew and Douglas White; his daughter’s mother, Charlene Kennedy; step-children, Noah Kennedy, Charlie Rae and Connor Salazar; numerous aunts, uncles and friends.

Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels and may be left at Morehart Mortuary. Condolences may be made online at www.morehartmortuary.net.
