Spencer Arron Solomon, 74, passed away Monday, Feb. 14. Spencer was born Oct. 11, 1947, in Hobbs, N.M., to Spencer Solomon and Thelma Archer, and lived in Breckenridge for many years. Spencer was a Vietnam Veteran who loved riding motorcycles in his spare time. Spencer wished everyone would enjoy life and celebrate so a celebration of life ceremony will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 5 at the Breckenridge VFW Post 7767, located at 216 E. Williams Street in Breckenridge.

Spencer was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Barbara Malicote; his brother, Jimmy Solomon; and son, Shawn Solomon. Survivors include his brother, Kenneth Phillips; his sister, Sue Adams-Abshier; his sons, William and Shelby Solomon; and three grandsons and a granddaughter.
