Story Time in the Park for elementary age kids

A number of educators are taking turns reading to kids in the Breckenridge community, which may include kids who may be visiting grandparents. All are welcome for the Library sponsored Story Time in Arthur Miller Park (Historically) or City Park, as it has been called in recent years.

This first day there were four little girls for LeeAnn McCormick to read to. Alva Carey and Lyn Sims were there for support and delivering a gr anddaughter respectively, for the outing.

Story Time in the Park is slated for 10:30 a.m. each Tuesday at the local park. Local educators take turns volunteering their time to read to the little ones.

This first time, the four little girls included (L to R) Kolbie Reeves, Rylie Jo Reeves, Cara Sims and Mary Lelle Green.

The next event will be at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 21.
