Winter is over?

Wed, 02/20/2019 - 5:00 am

Welcome to Woodson. Our newest neighbors in our community, Jeanne and Rick Reynolds, just completed renovation of the place the Thomases had, that was Annette Harper’s place, that used to be Sank and Faye Barner’s place, up on the hill on 209. I, personally, congratulate them on the completion of their renovation (ours is ongoing). But most importantly, Welcome home. We are glad you are here.

The four-day weekend was nice. But, the fourday school week next year would be even better. The fifth six weeks period began on Tuesday.

Greg Brockman of Texas Boars Unlimited can point you in the right direction of hog traps and options and possibly solve your hog problem.

Brody Mathiews placed second in his class in San Antonio, with his heifer.

Speaking of Mathiews, happy belated birthday to Michelle.

Christy Lester, we hope you are back at school soon. The kids miss you. Keron Kinyon and Bruce said it was okay to take them off the prayer list.

Frankie and Minerva look good, but I am keeping them on the list.

Ben Daws, we love you and we are adding you to the list.

Earlene is back leading music.
