Wed, 07/29/2020 - 5:00 am

The first Booster Club meeting of the 2020-2021 season was held at the Breckenridge Athletic and Fine Arts Center (BAFAC) with the new AD/Head Football Coach Casey Pearce there to introduce his staff and outline his expectations for the coming year. He addressed a large Buckaroo crowd.

He put an emphasis on an all-sport approach with students participating in more than one sport and the expectation of helping all students be successful and encouraged to participate in athletics, Ag or band and to be a well-rounded student.

He stressed conditioning and training every day and no earrings on boy athletes once they step on BHS or BJHS campus.

Pearce also stressed instilling pride in their performance and depended on tough moms and dads to be relentless to help their child get better and do better and focus on the task at hand with safety being the common factor for all students every day.

Pearce also sited the fact that nine varsity baseball players were signed to play their sport at the next level which is an outstanding accomplishment for a small 3A school.

Two-a-days will begin Aug. 3
