BHS athletes compete at regional track meet

The Regional Track Meet took place at Elmer Gray Stadium on the campus of Abilene Christian University Friday and Saturday, April 23-24. There were 15 students from Breckenridge High School who had qualified for the Regional competition out of the Area Meet in Dublin earlier this month. Results included several personal records (PR) set.

BHS Girl’s Regional results:

High Jump - 2nd - Kylee Willis - 5’ 4”

Long Jump - 4th - Kylee Willis - 17’ 9.25”

200 Meter Dash - 5th - Kylee Willis - 26.04 seconds (Personal record (PR)

Pole Vault - 8th - Elizabeth Woodward - 8’ 6” 4x100 Meter Relay - 9th - (Shayli Harrison, Haylie Mendoza, Jessi Warren and Kylee Willis) (alternates were Zaea Ragle and Samantha Smalley)

4x400 Meter Relay - 9th - (Mendoza, Woodward, Aimee Toliver and Harrison) (alternates were Willis and Ragle)
