For their fourth and final invitational meet of the season, the Breckenridge cross country teams traveled to the Lipan Indian 18th Annual Invitational.
The Bucks came out of the meet held Wednesday, Sept. 10 as runners-up, while the Lady Bucks finished in fifth place.
The Bucks had a score of 92 points, with three runners in the top 20 and were only behind Brock who had a score of 73 points. They were four points ahead of fourth-place Garner with 96 points. Andrew White continued his strong start to the year with a top-five finish.
The Lady Bucks, with a score of 142 points, were behind Peaster (136), Santo (131), Brock (52) and Hamilton (41). Sixth-place Poolville was behind them with 171 points.
The cross country teams will travel to Dublin two weeks in a row, first for the Dublin FCA meet Wednesday, Sept. 17 and then for the Dublin Dash Wednesday, Sept. 24.
