The Breckenridge Lady Bucks faced Jacksboro last Tuesday, Oct. 2. Varsity lost all three games, along with JV Green. JV White won both of their games, and have been consistently winning throughout the season.

The scores for varsity were 14-25, 15-25 and 13-25. For JV Green, it was 12-25 and 15-25. The JV White team won by scores of 25-16 and 25-15.

They went on the road to face Tolar the following Friday, Oct. 5, where varsity lost in three games as well. The last game however, came down to the final shot, where they lost 24-26 in the end.

Despite the loss by the varsity team in three games at Tolar, the Lady Bucks had Madison Stanley back in the lineup, who had suffered a serious separated left shoulder injury last spring that required eight anchors put in to the bone this summer. Fortunately it wasn't her swing arm for those kill shots. However, she couldn't play until she was cleared by doctors. Also, Liberty Blades was elevated to the varsity from the JV Green team and was making an impact as well.
