The Breckenridge Lady Buckaroos dropped the first district game of the season at home against the Jacksboro Tigerettes, 15-4, Thursday, March 12. Although the loss occurred in district play, head softball coach Anthony Kelly remains hopeful about the season.

“We’re young, with just three seniors and we’ll have to adjust,” Breckenridge head softball coach Anthony Kelly said. “This was the first district game and it’s okay. It was some fielding errors, various players struggled, but we’ll clean it up.”
