The Lady Bucks Freshmen continue with six match win streak

The Lady Bucks Freshman team continues their winning streak by beating the Jacksboro Lady Tigers in two sets, 25-9 and 25-22. The Lady Tigers tried coming back in the second set but the Lady Bucks Freshmen prevailed.

Player of the Match was designated as Mia Castillo. Coach Kyrah Bailey said, “Mia has become one of my utility players. She will and can play anywhere that you put her. She communicates well and is extremely coachable. She’s improving daily.”

The Lady Bucks Freshman team had No Match against City View (WF). The Lady Bucks Freshman team has compiled a six-match winning streak, only losing to Sweetwater and Mineral Wells in early non-district matches. Their overall record for the season is 8-2. The District 7-3A record is 2-0.

Last week, there was a dropped quote of the volleyball matches. Player of the match for the Lady Bucks Freshman, was designated as Zaea Ragle, who had 5 Kills, 2 Digs and 1 Block in that match. Coach Kyrah Bailey said, “ Zaea Ragle is getting more confident every game. She is one of the best communicators on the court and demands the ball. She is smart and so positive.”
